Operation
Fish are harvested from the ponds and are bought into the recirculating system.
They are kept there for 7 days and taste tested prior to final harvest / processing.
Fish are distributed to Sydney and Newcastle and are marketed as ‘Barrington Perch’.
Fish are delivered to the Sydney Fish Markets and Retail / Home Delivery Clients in the Northern Suburbs of Sydney in the refrigerated van.
